Coral Mushroom

The Coral Mushroom (Hericium ramosum) is a pure white mushroom native to northern Europe for culinary and medicinal use. Mushroom with a very showy and scenographic taste of undergrowth.

It is called Corallino due to its appearance similar to that of marine corals. This fungus prefers cool environments, with little light and high humidity. It is very resistant to diseases such as Bacteriosis, Trichoderma and Dactylium. Hericium ramosum is harvested as soon as you leave it
apicals begin to dry out and turn yellow.

Intense perfume, decisive and aromatic flavour.
