cardoncello White

The Cardoncello Bianco (Pleurotus nebrodensis) is the only Cardoncello with such a light colour. Its characteristics and its aromatic flavor place it at the top of the scale of flavors.

It is a mushroom of the family dei pleurotus, with compact, firm, white or slightly straw-colored flesh. Currently it is considered the most valuable cultivated mushroombut it is still little known.
